<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ablation catheter including a small-diameter and vibratable distal end. <P>SOLUTION: Inside a catheter shaft 20 having an electrode 21 for cauterizing living tissue at a distal end, at least one wire 22a, 22b for bending and deforming the distal end side part of the catheter shaft is inserted.
