<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the movement of a loosening pressure piston with a more simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A brake device has the pressure piston which moves in a pressing direction causing a brake shoe, which contacts a disk and applies a friction force, to be pressed to the disk and allows the brake shoe to press the disk, a drive shaft S which allows the pressure piston to move so as to separate from the brake shoe, an electric motor 4 which is connected with the drive shaft and allows the drive shaft to rotate around the shaft, a loosening mechanism 11 which allows the drive shaft to rotate so that the pressure piston separates from the brake shoe, a switching mechanism 22 which performs state switching between a connection state wherein the loosening mechanism and the drive shaft are connected and a separation state wherein they are separated, and a stopper mechanism 33 which restricts rotation of the drive shaft to the side where the pressure piston advances to the brake shoe in the connection state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
