METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF COURSE OF PERITONITIS AND DETERMINATION OF INDICATIONS FOR PROGRAMMED SANATIONS OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY

A method for the prediction of course of peritonitis and determination of indications for carrying out programmed sanation of abdominal cavity that includes determination of a series of characteristics of patient’s state. Characteristics of patient’s state are evaluated in scores by developed integral scale, and by means of special program a total score sum is calculated, according to which prediction of course of peritonitis is evaluated, with probability of mortality and sufficiency of carrying out programmed sanation of abdominal cavity.
