PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lesion correction device and method.

SOLUTION: Disclosed is a device for extracting a candidate image frame. A candidate image frame selection device generates at least one lesion value on which the characteristics of a lesion included in each of two-dimensional image frames configuring a three-dimensional image are reflected, and extracts at least one candidate image frame to be used for the correction of a lesion boundary on the basis of the lesion value.
