<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor system is provided to improve the performance of a memory chip and the performance of a controller by efficiently using a memory buffer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor system includes a plurality of memory chips(210-240) and a controller(100). The controller includes a first memory buffer and a second memory buffer. The first and second memory chips alternatively transmit data and successively communicate with the plurality of memory chips. A first latch unit stores the data transmitted from one of the first and second memory buffers. A second latch unit receives the data stored in the first latch unit and programs the data in the memory cell.</p> |
