<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliable capacitor and a case molded capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor 1 comprises: plural elements 2, each of which has a flat shape including a pair of flat portions 3 and a pair of curved portions 4, being disposed in parallel so that the pair of flat portion 3 are positioned on a same plane; and a pair of N-pole bus bar 7 and P-pole bus bar 8 each having an electrode connection part 7a, 8a for electrically connecting the plural elements 2 to the outside and an external connection part 7c, 8c. The external connection part of at least one bus bar in the pair of bus bar is disposed above the curved portion 4 of the elements 2. With this, the external connection part emitting a high temperature heat and the elements 2 are separated from each other to thereby prevent the heat on the bus bar from being transduced to the elements 2.
