<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light source module for a headlight of a low-cost structure enabling replacement. <P>SOLUTION: The LED light source module 1 for a headlight includes an LED section 2 having one or a plurality of LED chips, a driver section 6 for driving the LED section, a heat sink 3 thermally connected with the LED section 2, an active cooling section 4 for forcibly cooling the heat sink 3, a module case 5 detachably fixed on a headlight body 10 so as to make the LED section 2 prepare to a designated location in the headlight body 10, and a power plug 7 for supplying power to the driver section 6 and the active cooling section 4.
