<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element holding device which allows a firmly held optical element to be deformed with a simple structure so that the imaging performance of the whole lens can be compensated. <P>SOLUTION: An optical element holding device comprises support means which supports an optical element, annular fixing means adjacent to the optical element which applies pressure to the optical element in the optical axis direction such that the optical device is fixed to the support means, and adjustment means which adjusts the pressing force to apply the pressure to the optical element in the optical axis direction relative to the support means at a plurality of places on the optical element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
