<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode catheter capable of improving operability and also improving torque resistance of a catheter distal end part. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode catheter 10 includes: a catheter body part 30 having a lead wire hole 322; and a catheter distal end part 40 in which an electrode 42 is provided on the outer peripheral side, and a core wire 62 having a part that extends toward a direction of separating from the extending direction of the catheter body part 30 is inserted to an inner cylinder part 41a. A projection part 62a projected from the catheter distal end part 40 is present on the proximal end side of the core wire 62, a rotation prevention part 62b is present at the exposed part 62a, an engaging member 52 for which rotation with respect to the catheter body part 30 is regulated is present between the catheter body part 30 and the catheter distal end part 40, and the engaging member 52 is provided with a notched part to which the rotation prevention part 62b is inserted, and which is abutted to the rotation prevention part 62b to regulate the rotation of the core wire 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
