摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose pilot signal failures such as failure in a switching element arranged in a pilot voltage setting circuit for changing a pilot signal stepwise, disconnection, and ground failure.

SOLUTION: After determining whether there exists failure in a switching element based on a diagnosis circuit output signal obtained by turning on/off the switching element while supplying a failure diagnostic voltage to a control line by controlling a second diagnosis voltage supply circuit as an failure diagnostic process of the switching element arranged in a pilot voltage setting circuit, a processor determines whether there exists failure in a pilot signal line based on a diagnosis circuit output signal obtained by controlling a first diagnosis voltage supply circuit to supply an failure diagnostic voltage to an failure diagnosis line with the switching element turned off as an failure diagnostic process of the pilot signal line.
