<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral hygiene device including a structure capable of contributing to miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The portable oral hygiene device includes: a toothbrush attachment 50 cleaning teeth; an electric motor 41 vibrating the toothbrush attachment 50; a body case 11 holding the electric motor 41; a grip case 70 covering the outer surface of the body case 11; and a cap 80 protecting the toothbrush attachment 50. The body case 11 and the grip case 70 have a grip connection structure allowing the relative movement between the body case 11 and the grip case 70.
