<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner with a humidifying function that can accurately calculate the cleaning period of a humidifying filter by calculating the amount of impurities sticking on the humidifying filter. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the air cleaner with the humidifying function that can calculate the amount of impurities sticking on the humidifying filter without reference to the operation state or stop state of the product and accurately calculate the cleaning period of the humidifying filter by arranging a liquid level sensor 14 at a tray 4, calculating the amount of moisture vaporized by a humidifying part 12 by humidification amount calculation means 16 from the estimated value of permeation height estimation means 15 of estimating a permeation height of water into the humidifying filter 6 from the detection signal of the liquid level sensor 14, the temperature and humidity of an air duct, and the air capacity of a fan motor 8, calculating the amount of impurities sticking on the humidifying filter 6 by impurity amount calculation means 17 from the amount of moisture, and comparing the amount of impurities with a fixed value K19 by cleaning period determination means 18 and thereby determining the cleaning period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
