<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a problem that, in a process for forming an endless number of holes in a processing range of an object to be processed, a border between one region included in the processing range of the object to be processed and a region adjacent to it becomes apparent to such extend as can be seen with the naked eye. <P>SOLUTION: A processing machine includes: a processing device capable of processing which forms a plurality of holes 32 in a processing region that constitutes part of a processing range in an object to be processed 3; a transfer device that, after a given region in the processing range has been processed, moves the object to be processed 3 relative to the processing device and positions an unprocessed region as a new processing region for the processing device; a processing pattern storage unit that stores information defining positions 31 for the holes 32 formed by the processing device; and a control unit that adds a random position compensation to each hole 32, at individual hole 32 positions 31 defined by the information stored in the processing pattern storage unit, and determines a target processing position for each hole 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
