<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy and prompt input of schedule in a hand-held terminal system. <P>SOLUTION: A hand-held terminal system includes a hand-held terminal 3 and a schedule management server 4. The hand-held terminal 3 comprises: an information reading part for reading date information, a schedule signal, a time line, start time and termination time that are described on a medium; an information storage part for storing schedule definition information; an information generation part for generating schedule information; and a communication part. The schedule management server 4 comprises: a communication part; and an information storage part for storing the schedule information.
