<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paintbrush that has excellent unification of bristle ends in painting and that satisfies sufficient dipping retention while enabling delicate parts to be painted. <P>SOLUTION: The paintbrush is configured to bundle: relatively thin wave bristles 10-25 (wt.%) composed of chemical fibers with a diameter of 0.07 (mm); relatively thick wave bristles 10-25 (wt.%) composed of chemical fibers with a diameter of 0.1 (mm); relatively thin straight bristles 35-50 (wt.%) composed of chemical fibers with a diameter of 0.1 (mm); and relatively thick straight bristles 15-30 (wt.%) composed of chemical fibers with a diameter of 0.125 (mm), having total bristles of 100 (wt.%). At the same time, the relatively thin wave bristles are made irregular in the wave form and, the relatively thick wave bristles are made uniform in the wave form, wherein the relatively thin wave bristles are provided with smaller number of repetitions of the wave than the relatively thick wave bristles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
