<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample cell structure and a spectrophotometer for performing measurement at a higher SN ratio while considering such a problem that measurement at a higher SN ratio requires long cell length, but when the cell length is extended, scatter of light advancing in the long cell should be considered. <P>SOLUTION: The sample cell includes a tube formed like a thin tube and allowing fluid to pass the inside of the tube and a structure for covering the periphery of a capillary tube in contact with a part of an outer wall surface of the tube.
