PURPOSE: An emotion gush system is provided to quickly and conveniently solve stress by using Internet communication basis. CONSTITUTION: A system is composed of servers(201,203,205), a user terminal(209), and an expert terminal(213) communicating with each other through a gateway. The system selects a stress type service category based on bidirectional communication, provides category image information to a user, and analyses a user voice to provide ARS response information.
