METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PARAMETERS OF ULTRASOUND EMISSION

A method for controlling the parameters of ultrasound emission during physiotherapeutic procedure comprises the measurement of the heating temperature of the wave-guide contacting the biological tissues. The measured value is compared with the allowable values. In case of out-of-limit values, the acoustic and light alarms are actuated. In addition, the intensity of the ultrasound radiation is measured and compared with the targeted values. When the values are exceeded the allowable limits, the switch-off signal is generated.
