The invention relates to electric engineering and can be used for liquid heating. A liquid heater comprises a heating element as a winding made using s which makes it possible to connect to AC network, and an electric insulator. It also comprises metallic flanges for fixing the heater on a tube with liquid, a disc electric insulator for electric insulation and heat insulation of metal flanges and an asbestos insert, the electric insulator is made of asbestos and comprises a screw groove, wherein the heating element is positioned, on whose surface ring holes are made, distance between the centers of adjacent holes is equal to at least triple insulator thickness, the hole diameter is equal to double insulator thickness. The current lead serves as a fixer for fastening the asbestos insert on the insulator. The invention allows increasing efficiency, decrease of materials consumption, improve efficiency of heat insulation for liquids with increased temperatures (for example, oil), also allows long-term usage at temperature lower than–. |
