<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode, having a sufficiently close contact state between a collector and an electrode layer, and capable of maintaining electrode performance even after repetition of charging and discharging, and to provide an electrode manufacturing device and an electrode manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Electrodes 100 and 200 are formed by overlapping collectors 101 and 201 with electrode layers 103 and 203, wherein a region of the electrode layers 103 and 203 on a side where the collectors 101 and 201 overlap has component concentration of binding materials 112 and 212 contained in the electrode layers 103 and 203 higher than that of a region on a surface layer side opposite to a side where the collectors 101 and 201 overlap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
