<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving concentration degree determination method for a vehicle operation state information base for calculating an index capable of determining a driving concentration degree of a driver on the basis of a change in a steering angle and vehicle operation state information acquired via a front camera sensor during traveling of the vehicle and converting the calculation result into statistical information, to determine the concentration degree of the driver, and a system for driving concentration degree determination. <P>SOLUTION: The system for driving concentration degree determination includes: a steering angle sensor for sensing displacement of a steering wheel; the front camera sensor; a data storage section for storing signals applied from the steering angle sensor and the front camera sensor at prescribed time intervals and accumulating values calculated by an index arithmetic section and managing the values as standard values; the index calculation section for calculating a quantitative index on the basis of the stored data; a statistical processing section for statistically processing the index to output state information; and a driving concentration degree determination section for calculating the state information and comparing the state information with the standard values recorded in the data storage section to determine the driving concentration degree of the driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
