<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like food for energy replenishment being low in protein and salt and high in calories, of the pudding or cheesecake type, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The gel-like food for energy replenishment contains sugar in an amount equivalent to a brix sugar content of 35 to 60 and contains fat in an emulsified state.
