<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which enables high density mounting. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor, a cathode terminal 33 electrically connected to a capacitor element having a lead-out anode lead, and an anode terminal 32 electrically connected to an anode lead body bonded to the anode lead are formed on the upper face of an insulating plate 35. A jumper circuit 34 of an electric circuit which is not connected to the anode terminal 32 and the cathode terminal 33 is formed on the lower face of the insulating plate 35. The solid electrolytic capacitor includes fillet forming portions 38a, 38b, 38c, and 38d electrically connected to each of the anode terminal 32, the cathode terminal 33, and the jumper circuit 34, and the fillet forming portions extend to at least the side face or the rear face of through connecting portions 39a, 39b, 39c, and 39d of a printed wiring board 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
