<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric car charging system which can appropriately control a power feeding service which uses a sufficiently charged electric car as the power source depending on a specific condition such as a power outage. <P>SOLUTION: The electric car charging system comprises: a plurality of chargers 303 which charge an electric car by using power from a utility AC power supply; a control unit 200 which controls a charging service offered to users by using the chargers 303; and a power feeding control unit 4001 which controls a power feeding service which, receiving the power output by the electric car as its input, charges other electric cars. According to the information stored in database means which has stored therein information relating to the charging and the power feeding services, the control unit 200 receives as its input the power which is output by a specific electric car (5001, 5002, etc.) via the power feeding control unit 4001 and thereby offers the charging service to other electric cars, as well as updates the information in the database means relating to the charging and the power feeding services. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
