摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load applied to a wind turbine blade, even if a system voltage lowers. <P>SOLUTION: A wind power generation device includes: a rotor having a plurality of wind turbine blades; a generator driven by rotation of a rotor; a pitch angle control unit 20 which controls a pitch angle of the wind turbine blades according to rotational speed of the generator; and a comparison and selection unit 26. The pitch angle control unit 20 controls a pitch angle to prevent the wind turbine blades from moving to a fine angle of attack when a voltage of an electric system has fallen below a predetermined value. The comparison and selection unit 26 compares a provisional pitch angle command value determined based on the rotational speed of the generator with a previous pitch angle command value, and outputs the previous value as a present pitch angle command value when the provisional pitch angle command value is a command to control the wind turbine blades to turn toward a finer angle of attack than the previous value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
