<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating tool used to manufacturing an optical module with high reliability, and a method of manufacturing the optical module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating tool 80 includes a tubular magnetic core CR having a gap GP formed thereto, and a coil CL wound around at least a part on an outer periphery of the tubular magnetic core CR.
