<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence of variation of resistance when temperature compensation in output voltage is performed. <P>SOLUTION: A reference voltage circuit includes: a band gap reference circuit (1) which generates reference voltage (Vref) to be output from an output end; and a voltage current conversion circuit (equivalent to 3) which converts difference voltage between divided voltage (voltage of a node A) of the reference voltage and forward voltage of a diode (36) into current according to the difference voltage.
