<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe support metal fitting which is so formed that the height of a part remaining in placed concrete is smaller than that of a reinforcing bar to be arranged. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe support metal fitting includes: a base plate 21 with a female screw part 29 bored therein; a screw rod 22 engaged into the female screw part 29 of the base plate 21; and an adjusting nut 23 engaged with the screw rod 22. A support part of a pipe 12 is provided in an upper part of the adjusting nut 23, and a protective cover 40 made of a material having a cushioning property is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the screw rod 22 between the base plate 22 and the adjusting nut 23.
