摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly reliable seismic isolator rotation control mechanism for controlling rotational rigidity of a pile head joint part with respect to a pile head bending moment generated in an earthquake, and not generating harmful rotation in a seismic isolator. <P>SOLUTION: A pile cap 3 and a pile cap fixing part 7 are joined by a joint reinforcement 9, and the joint reinforcement 9 includes a first joint reinforcement part 9a fixed to concrete 19 inside the pile cap 3, a second joint reinforcement part 9b fixed to the concrete 19 inside a foundation pile 4, and a rotation amount control part 6 provided in a pile head joint part 12 for forming a hinge by a tension yield inside when tensile force generated in the joint reinforcement 9 by the pile head bending moment exceeds a prescribed value.
