<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a tire by means of which when a vulcanized tire is extracted and taken out from a vulcanization bladder, the vulcanized tire can be smoothly taken out without bringing the vulcanization bladder into contact with a center mechanism and a bead part of the vulcanized tire. <P>SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface of the vulcanization bladder 2 is prevented from coming in contact with the bead part Tb of the vulcanized tire T while the inner peripheral surface of the vulcanization bladder 2 is prevented from coming in contact with the center mechanism 4, by sequentially controlling the evacuation of the inside of the vulcanization bladder 2 to adjust the expansion and contraction state of the vulcanization bladder by using a control means 10 during a period until the closed mold 9 is opened and the vulcanized tire T is extracted and taken out from the vulcanization bladder 2 after a green tire G arranged in the closed mold 9 is vulcanized by expanding the vulcanization bladder 2 while the vulcanization bladder 2 is arranged inside the green tire G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
