HEAVY OBJECT LOADING DEVICE AND MOVING METHOD OF HEAVY OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy object loading device and a moving method of a heavy object, capable of safely supporting a heavy object such as a bridge girder in an extremely stable state when rotating or horizontally moving the heavy object.

SOLUTION: The heavy object loading device includes: a slide device 12 for supporting a second rail 2 and a bridge girder B which are heavy objects to be moved in a first direction movably along a second direction different from the first direction; an inclination sensor 14 for detecting inclination of the slide device 12; a traction device 13 for drawing the slide device 12 in a direction opposite to the second direction; and a controller 15 for generating tensile force in the direction opposite to the second direction in the slide device 12 by the traction device 13 when it is determined that the slide device 12 is inclined from a detection value from the inclination sensor 14.
