<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothespin which allows users to easily open a pinching part, keep the pinching part in an opened state and easily close the pinching part only by pinching. <P>SOLUTION: A clothespin 1 comprises a trench serving as a guide 6 at a surface on which a tip 7 of a C-shaped spring 5 is touched so that the spring 5 can move in a direction from a pinching part 4 to a gripping part 3 and in a direction from the gripping part 3 to the pinching part 4 over a spindle 8, thereby reducing a force to open the clothespin 1, keeping the pinching part 4 in an opened state and easily shutting the pinching part 4 so as to pinch laundry with one hand by use of resilient force of the C-shaped spring which is used for pinching the clothespin 1. The tip 7 of the spring 5 has a shape which allows it to move easily, e.g. a round shape, so that the spring 5 can move along the trench. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
