<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover for jetting a pseudo-hair material, preventing the adhesion unevenness of pseudo-hair material near a hairline, and allowing a feeling of natural hair increase to be acquired. <P>SOLUTION: The protective cover 1 for jetting the pseudo-hair material is used so as to cover the face 5 of a user when jetting the powdery or fiber-like pseudo-hair material to a head 4 by a spray 3, a color spray or the like to make the pseudo-hair material adhere to hair. In the protective cover 1 for jetting the pseudo-hair material, a plate-like base part 10 formed in a state that the base part 10 is curved from the center to side parts is formed with a hairline covering part 11 comprising a plurality of projections 11a projecting upward from the base part along the upper edge of the base part 10, and the hairline covering part 11 is abutted on the hairline 41 of the user. The rear face of the base part 10 is provided with a buffer part 12, the buffer part 12 is interposed between the base part 10 and the forehead of the user, and a gap is formed between the base part 10 and the head 4 of the user.
