PURPOSE: A natural circulation tree filtering box system is provided to remove non-point pollution source of rain to prevent flood by reducing peak outflow. CONSTITUTION: A natural circulation tree filter box system has a concrete structure or a wood box having intensity fitted for the same, a filter and a space fumigant (20), a vegetation space, vegetation soil (33), a gravel layer (34) and a rain discharge pipe (14). A screen net for removing foreign substances when rain is flowed in is installed, and the space fumigant holds rain flowed in through an inlet. Shrub, arbor and the like can be vegetated in the vegetation space. The gravel layer increases water permeation speed. A filtering net is installed in the filter.
