PURPOSE: An electromotive mascara using an electrostatic switch is provided to start and finish operation according a pressing position and to control vibration intensity. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive mascara using an electrostatic switch comprises: a housing(10); a brush shaft(20) which is extended from the housing; a brush formed at the end of the brush shaft; a power generator(400) which vibrates the brush shaft by generating power by a power supply; and a switch part(200) which is placed on the surface outside the housing and controls on-off operation of the power supply.
