<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain satisfactory measuring accuracy in the entire measuring space area by suppressing a deterioration in measuring accuracy to the depth direction of an object. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measuring instrument includes a projection part for executing a projection operation on a measuring space, a photographing part for photographing an object in the measuring space in which the projection operation is executed, and a measuring part for measuring a three-dimensional shape of the object on the basis of the photographed image. The measuring space includes a measuring reference plane to be reference of a focus position of a photographing optical system of the photographing part and is defined on the basis of a photographing range of the projection part and a photographing range of the photographing part, and the focus position is set further deeper than the position of the measuring reference plane when observed from the photographing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
