<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure of a hinged cap 1 comprised of a cap body 2 which is fitted over/mounted to a container 6, and a cover 3 connected to the cap body 2 via hinges 4, 5, the hinged cap 1 being easily separated from the container 6. <P>SOLUTION: The cap body 2 includes an outer cylindrical body 8 to be fitted over the container. In the outer cylindrical body 8, circumferential weakening lines 24, 25 extending in the circumferential direction of the outer cylindrical body are provided and in addition, longitudinal weakening lines 22, 23 extending from the circumferential weakening lines to a lower end of the outer cylindrical body are provided in parts of the outer cylindrical body adjacent to both right and left sides of hinges. A part enclosed with the circumferential weakening lines and both the longitudinal weakening lines in the outer cylindrical body at a side opposed to the hinges is constituted as a separation piece 26 that can be cut and separated from the outer cylindrical body, and in the separation piece, tongues 27 are provided in both ends at the side of the hinges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
