PURPOSE: An image reproducing device and a method thereof are provided to enhance the convenience of network-tiled display image reproduction by reproducing an image on a display by connecting only the device. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(105) receives data. A converting unit(110) converts the data into frame type data. A quality unit(115) receives the converted data to adjust the quality of an image. A decoding unit(120) decodes the adjusted data. A latticing unit(125) lattices the decoded data. A control unit(130) classifies a type of the data to send the data to the converting unit or the decoding unit.
