PURPOSE: A method for measuring muscle fatigue is provided to perform the measurement in a limited space and time easily, as showing muscle fatigue of hardness in a cosmetic domain. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring muscle fatigue includes measuring the length of arm flexor muscle. The length of arm flexor muscle is circumference of shoulder-wrist. The circumference of shoulder-wrist is the length between the wrist and armpit when the wrist is positioned at the center line of the body and holding up elbow to turn upward by passing the arm over the head.
