<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium for aqueous inkjet ink, which is satisfactory in adhesion with aqueous ink without surface treatment or a stretching step required when used having a conventional plastic film as the base material thereof, and which prevents problems such as peel off after inkjet printing, and to provide a printed matter obtained using the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for aqueous inkjet printed matter characterized in that the surface of a multi-layer film (A2) in which a layer (A1) formed from a polyolefin resin (A1) as the main ingredient thereof and a layer (A2) containing an acid-modification olefin resin (A2) are arranged one on the other is subjected to inkjet recording system printing by use of aqueous ink containing at least a coloring material, a resin with a polar group, and water or a water-soluble organic solvent and having a surface tension of 15 to 30 mN/m at 25°C and a viscosity of 5 mPa s or less.
