<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when finding out mechanical characteristics to be inputted to a material constitutive law having high correspondence with relation between nominal strain and nominal stress, relation between displacement and load, relation between true strain and a parameter related to volume change, which are obtained by tests of a real material, and these relations obtained by simulation for simulating the tests, easy and quick operation is required. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for finding out relation between real strain and real stress considering a parameter related to volume change caused by plasticity, suitable mechanical characteristics are created by remarkably small repeats by using a trial-and-error process 1 and a trial-and-error process 2 for estimating virtual relation between real strain and real stress while considering that the parameter related to the volume change caused by plasticity is equivalent to a Poisson ratio and has no change, estimating virtual relation between equivalent plastic strain and the parameter related to the volume change caused by plasticity by trial and error, and independently estimating two factors requiring enormous effort for creating suitable mechanical characteristics to be inputted to the material constitutive law. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
