<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which manages a situation where an air supply source detachably attached to an image forming apparatus body is inappropriate in image formation. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus according to the present invention including a constitution where compressed air supplied from an air supply source via an air supply path is discharged to an air operation part comprises: an air discharge part which discharges the compressed air toward the air operation part; an on-off valve which is provided upstream of the air discharge part, and opens or closes the air supply path; a pressure detection part which is provided upstream of the on-off valve, and detects a pressure on the upstream side of the on-off valve in the air supply path; a connector part which is provided upstream of the pressure detection part, and works for a detachable attachment of the air supply source; and a control part which monitors a supply state of the compressed air on the basis of a detection result of the pressure detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
