<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for effectively decontaminating a substance contaminated by the radioactive substances and effectively collecting radioactive substances in drainage used for cleaning the substance. <P>SOLUTION: A substance S to be cleaned contained by radioactive substances is decontaminated by being cleaned by using cleaning liquid obtained by diluting a drug having polyoxyethylene ether, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and glycerol as components to about 500 to 1000 ppm and adding an insoluble agent to the diluted liquid. Thereafter, the cleaning liquid after the cleaning is collected and subsequently is subjected to pH adjustment so as to be weak alkaline, and the radioactive substances are subjected to separation processing from in the liquid by adding polychlorinated aluminum for flocculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
