<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter capable of accurately generating an output voltage in which an input voltage is stepped up. <P>SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 100 according to the present invention, which generates an output voltage Vout in which an input voltage Vin is stepped up, includes: an oscillation circuit 1 that outputs an oscillation signal Vosc1; an oscillation circuit 2 that outputs an oscillation signal Vosc2 with a higher frequency than the oscillation signal Vosc1; a selection circuit 3 that selects any one of the oscillation signal Vosc1 and the oscillation signal Vosc2 on the basis of a voltage level of the output voltage Vout and outputs the selected oscillation signal; and a voltage conversion unit that steps up the input voltage Vin to a voltage level according to the duty cycle of the oscillation signal selected by the selection circuit 3 and generates the stepped-up input voltage as the output voltage Vout. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
