<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens which enables adjustment of astigmatism in a short time, and to provide a microscope equipped with this objective lens. <P>SOLUTION: An objective lens 1 includes: lens holder frames 21 to 24 of substantially cylindrical shape which hold multiple optical elements L1 to L4, respectively; and a body tube 10 which contains the lens holder frames. At least one of the lens holder frames, i.e., the lens holder frame 22 includes a first lens holder frame 22a which holds corresponding one of the optical elements, and a second lens holder frame 22b which holds the first lens holder frame with a screw.
