<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for transparent conductive films which contains a conductive polymer and can form a transparent conductive film having excellent adhesion to a transparent substrate, and a transparent conductor using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for a transparent conductive film includes a conductive polymer and a solvent, and further contains a polymer including a structure represented by formula (I) (wherein R represents a hydrocarbon group and at least one R in the molecule is a hydrogen atom).
