<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire rod supply device capable of supplying a wire rod such as an easily entangling extra fine wire one by one. <P>SOLUTION: This wire rod supply device 49 includes a storage cylinder 11 having a side surface 14 for supporting the wire 51 and a bottom surface 12 having an opening hole in a part while rising to the side surface 14, and an inclined base 21 and a reciprocating part 31 for displacing the storage cylinder 11.
