<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater that is equipped with a secondary battery and supplies hot water using the power stored in the second battery at a power failure. <P>SOLUTION: The water heater 10 works with the power supplied from a commercial power supply 11 at a normal time and works with the power supplied from the second battery 12 at a power failure. Electrical apparatus that belongs to the water heater 10 includes a controlling device 33 and a plurality of devices to be controlled to which the power is supplied via the controlling device 33.
