PURPOSE: A transformer load link control apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to maintain the temperature of a main transformer according to a temperature-varying load. CONSTITUTION: Measuring load amount of a main transformer is measured. It is judged whether the measured measuring load amount of the main transformer exceeds maximum load amount. If the measuring load amount exceeds the maximum load amount, operation number of a cooling fan is increased to increase the capacity of the main transformer in a maximum cooling mode. It is judged whether the measuring load amount of the main transformer reduced through the maximum cooling mode is below minimum load amount. If the measuring load amount is below the minimum load amount, the operation number of the cooling fan is reduced to reduce the capacity of the main transformer in a minimum cooling mode.
