A method for liquidation of limited fluid accumulations in their extraperitoneal localization in acute pancreatitis comprises determining the location of fluid accumulation by ultrasound. In this case, after the creation of pneumoperitoneum the intestine is put aside and acoustic window is formed and under visual laparoscopic control the puncture is made for extraperitoneal accumulation of fluid to complete aspiration. |
